Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 14 days. You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Starting a Return
To initiate a return, please send an email to shoesavagellc@gmail.com. Upon receipt of your request, we will evaluate it and notify you of the status of your return. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your return.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note that returns must be requested before sending items back to us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you find the item to be defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at shoesavagellc@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
For the fastest service, we suggest you return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
After we receive and process your return, we will notify you and inspect the item. We will also inform you about the status of your refund. If approved, we will automatically refund the original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
